  1. I will not eat salmon that has skin and the heavy layer of fat. The first time a friend brought stuffed salmon and it was totally cleaned of that fishy taste. I loved it! Now I only buy it that way. NO SKIN , NO FAT. Delicious 😋 You can’t cook it first and then take the skin,& fat off.

  2. 1 thing I do know for sure is that I only eat wild caught salmon, I have tried several varities of farm raised & absolutely no flavor, a few dollars less but not worth that.
