Badam – 5
Cashews – 4
Cinnamon stick – 2 inches
Mace – 1
Small piece of nutmeg
Black cardamom – 1
Star anise – 1
Cardamom – 5
Cloves – 8 to 10
Dry chilli – 5
Bay leaf – 1
Mutton – 600 grams
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon
Curd – 4 tbl spoon
Turmeric powder
Juice of half lemon
Salt
Oil – 3 tbl spoon
Ghee – 2 tbl spoon
Onion – 2
Green chilli – 2
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Tomato – 1
Basmati rice – 2 cups (400 grams)
Water – 2½ cup

  4. How much quantity of water should be taken for rice… Mutton whistle and rice ku hw to measure water pa?

    1. For one cup of rice one n quarter cup of water sis…. totally 2 &1/2 cup
