If you constantly catch yourself believing "a moment on the lips, forever on the hips" whenever you're going to enjoy something sweet, these scrumptious Custard Tarts are the perfect sweet indulgence for you! These bite sized delights pack a rich, velvety, fruity flavour that is bound to impress your taste. But the fantastic feature of these tarts is that not only do they assist you in part control (with their adorable little bite-sized goodness), they likewise have definitely NO SUGAR! That's due to the fact that they are sweetened with Sugar Free Green– a sweetener made from 100% Natural Stevia Leaves from your home of @SugarfreeIndia

CUSTARD TARTS

Components

2-3 tbsps vanilla custard powder
12 readymade tart shells
3/4 cup milk
6-8 strawberries
13 measures Sugar Free Green
2-3 tablespoons dried increased petals
1 cup unsweetened whipped cream
Blanched and slivered pistachios for garnish

Method

1. Take milk in a bowl. Add vanilla custard powder and blend well.
2. Heat a nonstick pan. Add the milk mixture and cook on low heat till thick.
3. Roughly chop strawberries and contribute to the pan. Add 1/4 cup water and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
4. Include 9 measures Sugar Free Green to the custard mixture and mix well.
5. Include dried increased petals to the strawberry mix and blend well.
6. Transfer the custard mixture in a bowl and enable to cool. Cool for 15-20 minutes.
7. Include remaining Sugar Free Green to strawberry mix and blend well.
8. Fill the tarts with strawberry mix.
9. Include whipped cream to the custard mixture and blend well. Fill this mix in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe on top of strawberry layer.
10. Garnish with blanched pistachios and serve.
