Creamy Garlic Chicken Wrap | क्रीमी गार्लिक चिकन रॅप | Evening Snacks | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Definitely no synthetic preservatives, this creamy yogurt-garlic spread complements the chicken-mushroom mix perfectly well in a refreshing wrap.



1 1/2 cups thick yogurt
4 tsps fried garlic
400 grams boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
4 ready-made refined flour tortillas
2 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps finely chopped garlic
2 fresh red chillies, sliced
15-20 button mushrooms, thickly sliced
Salt to taste
Squashed black peppercorns to taste
20-25 child spinach leaves
2 tsps butter
2 tsps garlic paste
Assorted lettuce leaves as needed
Spicy cheese spread for sprinkling
Chips to serve


1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add red chilli and mix well.
3. Include button mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Include chicken, salt, and crushed black peppercorns and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Include spinach leaves and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add butter, mix, and cook for a couple of seconds. Take the pan off the heat.
5. Take yogurt in a bowl. Include fried garlic, garlic paste, salt, crushed black peppercorns, and whisk well.
6. Heat a non-stick tawa, place a tortilla on it and prepare for a couple of seconds on each side. Put it on a worktop, apply some yogurt-garlic mixture, position a couple of lettuce leaves, include a portion of the chicken mix over it. Drizzle cheese spread over it and fold the sides and firmly roll it into a wrap. Cut it in half and serve right away with chips.
