Absolutely nothing beats the yummy Kurmura laddoos made with chocolate and dried fruits. When will you make such #GuiltFreeDesserts in your home?

CHOCOLATE RICE CRISPIES.

Ingredients.

4 cups puffed rice (kurmura).
1/4 cup roasted and slivered almonds.
1/4 cup roasted and slivered pistachios.
2 cups sliced milk chocolate.
2 tbsps butter.

Technique.

1. Heat a non-stick pan, add puffed rice and roast lightly.
2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
3. Include almonds and pistachios to the puffed rice and continue roasting for 2 minutes. Switch off heat and move the mixture into a big bowl.
4. When chocolate starts to melt, stir till smooth. Add butter and blend well.
5. Gently grease little paper cups.
6. Include melted chocolate to puffed rice mix and blend well carefully. Put the mix into the paper cups. Cool down to space temperature. Chill in the fridge.
7. Serve chilled.
