Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream | चॉकलेट पीनट बटर आइसक्रीम रेसिपी | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A fun, tasty dessert with a little bit of crunch when the heat begins to end up being unbearable.



3/4 cup fresh cream
1 cup sliced dark chocolate
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup roasted peeled peanuts


1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add dark chocolate and mix well. Prepare on low heat, stirring continuously till the chocolate melts. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool totally.
2. Take crispy peanut butter in a large bowl. Beat with an electrical beater till the light. Include condensed milk and beat again till well combined. Include whipping cream and beat till the mixture is light and fluffy. Transfer this into an air tight container.
3. Coarsely crush peanuts and spray this over the ice cream mixture. Cover with a lid and location it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
4. Dig the ice cream and serve.

  2. @sanjeevkapoor .. sir, the cream u have used is whipped or regular packeted one. Also, vegan options for the condensed milk please. (Boil vegan milk with sugar till it thickens, or other options u have)
