Ghee Roast

Ingredients
– 750 grams
Half lemon
Curd – 3 tbl spoon
Turmeric powder
Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoon
Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Poppy seeds (kasa kasa) – ½ teaspoon
Cashews – 8 to 10
Kashmiri chilli – 4
Red chilli – 5
Pinch of fenugreek
Ginger
Garlic cloves – 5
Ghee – 3 tbl spoon
Onion – 1
Salt
Small piece of jaggery
Curry leaves

    1. Mohammed, thank you! I looked on Amazon UK for ‘spice grinders’, and Preethi was never mentioned! However, I looked up the brand on Amazon UK and there were lots of models! Who knew?! Which model would you recommend? TY for your trouble 🙂

    2. It’s a great pleasure for me to help others. Preethi is popular in south India. If you can’t find, pls go for Panasonic.It is less noise and works good.
