CHANA BRUSCHETTA

Components

1 cup boiled grew brown chickpeas (kale chane).
4 sourdough bread pieces.
2 tsps lemon juice.
2 garlic cloves.
2-3 tbsps tahini.
1/4 cup olive oil + to drizzle.
Salt to taste.
White pepper powder to taste.

Blended bean sprouts as required.

Technique.

1. Transfer black gram in a food processer container. Include lemon juice, garlic, tahini, olive oil, salt, white pepper powder and process to a great paste.
2. Take bread slices on a worktop and apply Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread uniformly.
3. Quarter cherry tomatoes.
4. Apply the ground mix uniformly over the bread slices and top up with mixed bean sprouts.
5. Garnish with microgreens, cherry tomato quarters and spray salt on top.
