BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM
Ingredients
Blueberry compote as needed
1 1/2 cups cream cheese
3/4 cup condensed milk
2 cups whipped cream
8-10 digestion biscuits
Approach
1. Take cream cheese in a bowl. Add condensed milk and beat till light and fluffy.
2. Include whipped cream and blend with light hands.
3. Transfer the biscuits in a zip lock bag and crush coarsely.
4. Take an airtight container. Add a part of the cream cheese mix and add a part of blueberry compote, a portion of biscuit crumbs and swirl to produce marble impact.
5. Repeat the process till all the mixture is used up.
6. Close the cover and freeze for 6-8 hours.
7. Scoop and serve chilled.
