BAKED CHEESECAKE

Components

10-15 arrowroot biscuits, squashed
3 tablespoons butter
300 gms cottage cheese (paneer).
300 gms cream cheese.
3 eggs.
200 gms sugar.
1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
2 tbsps lemon juice.
150 gms fresh cream.

Technique.

1. Grease a springform pan gently with a little butter. Preheat oven to 180 ° C/ 350 ° F. 2. Melt butter in the microwave oven and add to the crushed biscuits kept in a bowl. Mix well and put into the prepared pan. Spread equally and press gently to make the base for the cheesecake. Keep the pan in a fridge for a while.
3. Put the cream cheese in a mixer container. Include cream and blender for a minute or 2. Include vanilla essence and blend for 1/2 minute.
4. Break eggs into a bowl, sugarcoat and blend well. Add to the cream cheese in the mixer container and mix till well blended. Put the mixture into a bowl.
5. Grate the paneer into the mixture and mix. Squeeze juice of a lemon, include and mix.
6. Remove the springform pan from the refrigerator, put the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit layer and bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
7. Eliminate it from the oven and set aside to cool. Demould, cut into wedges and serve.

    1. You can add yogurt in proportion instead of eggs and even if you skip yogurt or eggs, baked cheesecakes turn out really droolworthy

    2. @@supriyavchopra5827 depends on the recipe and the kind of cheesecake you’re baking but I generally put 1 or 1.5 cups of greek yoghurt when baking classic cheesecakes and if you can put hung curd even better.
      Also, you’ll need to ensure that if your yogurt is liquidy then just put half a cup or 3/4 cup yoghurt as you need to ensure that the consistency is not too liquidy for the cheesecake batter.
