    I have one recipe to share with black bean black whole urad dal lentil

    You have to take black bean wash thoroughly and wipe out dry with kitchen towel and dry roast it well till ita crunchy you can touch and see whether it breaks

    Take a jar insert this black bean after cooling bit and add apple cider vinegar to this jar pinch of salt and close the lid and let this ferment on its own after a week just open the lid to release the pressure formed inside the jar due to vinegar it’s will take a month time might to ferment effectively.once this is done you can start having it in the morning one spoon recommend as audience is aging

    Another ingredient we have whole garlic in jar of honey will take time to ferment it shall change the colour of the garlic cloves and once ready your age old medicine is ready for morning empty stomach similarly you can use fresh ginger in Honey for fermentation process once ready have it empty stomach

    Now precautions here are the lid of the jar you have partly open to release the pressure and once ready only use dry spoon for insertion and remove the garlic clove or piece of ginger these are our ancient regime of our ancestors for longer healthier life
