    1. In Settings on the top right on
The screen You can change to closed caption cc, and choose your language

    2. @desiemehrabian1133 unfortunately the closed captions are turned off for this video, very annoying 😖

  3. As the cost of meat, the cost of living, tarrifs went up.. we all might end up going more veg in pur meals. Soup had always been the 1st course back in the day to help fill us up and spread the meal out especially if unexpected company comes. It’s good to have a soup. A nice tortellini soup is good too help spread out a mere few pieces of sausages, bangers or slaughter a pumpkin from the garden😊 creativeness. And yes freeze your garden veg for these reasons.

  4. Buena pinta tiene la sopa de espinacas 😅😊 saludos y profit 😅😊

  5. Vegetables are expensive now, meat is too expensive to be used more than once a week. We tend to eat soup for our meal at least three times a week. We now use a lot of pulses which are cheaper and very nutritious.

    1. @janetturner4300you have to check the make and the ingredients a lot of cheaper companies include using up to 40% water and chemicals with the veggies. Birdseye peas are 100% peas, but not all products are so transparent

  6. Hello from California. I love Jamie Oliver. He’s the best!!! This soup looks very delicious. He makes veggies look so good!!! Bravo ✌️

  7. Just bought the ingredients to make this on Thu – looks delicious, and nourishing. Using frozen artichokes hearts instead of jarred, should still work well.

  8. Broad beans in the US are Fava beans I just looked it up. Where I live you can get them in cans in the middle eastern store.

  9. Canada here, I have had the wonderful opportunity to attend a few of your fireside chats in Toronto (quite a few years ago already Jamie!) This soup is glorious. Love, love, love artichokes! Yums! Thank you as always for inspiring great meals on a very cold winter evening!

  10. I buy meat pretty muchonly once a week… for a recipe that will give me 3 – 4 meals. Since I live alone, I don’t need to be concerned about anyone else. I love making meatless meals, soups, & stews.
I make a veg soup with mostly white or kidney beans, but I will add a neutral cdn that I mssh up to slightly thicken the broth. Another GO TO is Black Bean Tacoes… but in corn tortillas… or Black Bean Chili… that I spice up nursing Aleppo Pepper… not too hot but great flavor not just heat. ❤😋

  11. My goodness, I have a couple of Jamie Oliver’s cookbooks how have I never followed him on YouTube before? Well done, this looks so easy and delicious.

  12. Looks delicious! I would have put the leftover ricotta mix in the soup to make it lovely and creamy, mmmmmmmm 😋🇦🇺🦘

  13. Now at 74 soup is a meal for me❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊with my yogurt biscuits
