I made similar meatballs but used half turkey and half sausage. In place of bread crumbs I used a box of unprepared stovetop stuffing along with the regular meatball spices and 2 eggs. Delicious!

If you’re making red chili, l add 1 to tablespoons depending on how much I’m making of unsweetened cocoa. It really works. I’ve used either chicken or beef.
