Great ideas, never thought of using fresh pasta this way. I cook for one and honestly sometimes can’t be bothered and end up with a sandwich or a bowl of salad.
You don’t use Tefal aluminium pan.😂😂
Walnut is much creamier than almond.
Fresh lasagne sheets – £2 for 200g
Fresh tagliatelle – £2.50 for 500g
Dried tagliatelle – 75p for 500g
Why would you use Fresh when dried is cheaper?
And, why chop fresh lasagne sheets into ‘tagliatelle’ when you can buy fresh tagliatelle?

You could use peas instead.
