When I cook I use onions and what ever else your using , you’s it all all you favorite flavors and simply Leave out the garlic I’m allergic also I don’t miss it I don’t need I don’t want it in my food , try chopped sauté onions salt and pepper , other spices what ever you like, but no garlic simple as that
