  2. I’ve made the mushrooom risotto, which is good. My family however prefers the mint and asparagus version. The carbonara I make is Gennaros version, bless him 😊
    I make a ton of Jamies recipes, but only one of these twenty. The perfect roasted chicken is a stable, the green curry chicken, fusilli for the boys, I clould go on 😊

  3. I disagree, I love all your plant based recipes! Your amazing and as a vegan I still watch all of your videos.. I just replace the meat with mushrooms, legumes, seitan, tofu, tempeh, jackfruit or soy curls. I also make my own fermented nut cheeses! Thanks for the inspiration

  5. For extra creaminess in the Carbonara try adding some cheese in with the egg mixture before adding to the pasta. Not too much as it can get stodgy
