SMASHED CUCUMBER SALAD
2-3 medium English cucumbers
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp castor sugar
2 tsps red chilli oil
1 tablespoon rice white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted white sesame seeds
1. Smash the English cucumbers with the back of a knife and diagonally slice them. Transfer in a big bowl, include salt and blend well. Reserve for 5-10 minutes.
2. To make the dressing, integrate together dark soy sauce, garlic paste, castor sugar, red chilli oil, and rice red wine vinegar in a bowl.
3. Include the dressing into the cucumber mixture and blend well. Include sesame oil and toasted white sesame seeds and blend well.
4. Transfer on a serving plate. Serve.
