मसालेदार चिकन स्लाईडर्स | Spicy Chicken Sliders | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Flavourful marinaded chicken shallow fried to perfection and then packed in remarkable slider buns together with some veggies is a charming treat to munch on. Serve it together with some french fries and the ready sauce.

SPICY CHICKEN SLIDERS

Components

2 tsps chipotle sauce
2 boneless chicken breasts
4 slider buns, halved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups corn flakes
Salt to taste
2 tsps garlic powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Squashed black peppercorns to taste
2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
Improved flour as required
Oil for shallow frying
Various lettuce leaves as needed
Onion roundels as required
Tomato roundels as needed
Cucumber pieces as required
French fries to serve

Method

1. To make the spread, take mayo in a bowl. Add chipotle sauce and blend well.
2. Transfer the corn flakes in a zip-lock bag and coarsely squash it with the assistance of a rolling pin.
3. Horizontally cut each chicken breast in half. Put them on a plate. Add salt, garlic powder, red chilli flakes, crushed black peppercorns and Worcestershire sauce and rub the mixture well on each chicken piece.
4. Break in the eggs in another bowl. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and whisk well with a fork.
5. Cover each chicken piece with refine flour and dust off the excess flour. Dip it into whisked eggs and coat it with the crushed corn flakes.
6. Heat enough oil in a non-stick shallow pan. Location the chicken pieces and shallow fry till golden brown and crisp on both sides. Drain pipes on an absorbent paper.
7. To make the sliders, apply some spread on to the base part of the slider buns. Location a couple of lettuce leaves.
8. Position the fried chicken piece on to it. Location onion roundels, tomato roundels, cucumber slice, and apply some of the spread on to leading potion of the slider buns and position them on top to make a slider. Protect it with a toothpick.
9. Serve with French fries and the prepared spread.
