    1. The commercial egg yolk is probably much lighter in color. The cheap oil is probably lighter in color and there may be no mustard added.

  1. Always wanted to make my own Mayo. I had no idea it was this easy. Garlic Mayo, Lemon Mayo, Chilli Mayo, and so many others. I can’t wait to give it a go!

    1. Look for other videos on how to use the immersion blender. You can start with all the ingredients in the cup. This is much more complicated than it needs to be.
