Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Ajwain (omam) – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Asafoetida
Sugar – ¾ teaspoon
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Salt
Oil – 2 teaspoon
