  1. I usually make smoked fish dip out of less desirable fish. Seems like a waste of good snapper!

  2. Good eatins’ boss, in Kentucky we like smoked rainbow trout & add some fresh dill frawns off the stem to that dip, good on a whole rainbow trout that’s butter flied also ( no brown trout that is usually caught in a lake as the taste/flavor is just not there like in a rainbow trout )

  3. Fresh as can be, caught last weekend? Don’t seem fresh to me. Fresh as can be is coming home from a fishing trip, cleaning up some blues we just caught,throwing them in the smoker and then making smoked blue dish dip. Or catching Spanish mackerel on the boat, fileting it right there and making ceviche right then. How we roll. That being said, bet your dip is delicious.
