Ingredients for Crispy Tawa Fish Fry:

( Tsp- Teaspoon; Tablespoon- Tablespoon )

– Boneless Fish – 350-400 gms (Basa, Sole or Catfish).

For Marination:.
– Salt-1/ 2 tsp.
– Turmeric powder-1/ 4 tsp.
– Red Chilli Powder-3/ 4 tsp.
– Kashmiri Chilli Powder-3/ 4 tsp.
– Garam Masala powder- 1/4 tsp.
– Ginger garlic paste- 3/4 tsp.
– Corn Flour- 1 tablespoon.
– Rice flour- 1 tbsp.
– Water- 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon later.
– Coriander leaves, great sliced- 2 tbsp.

Tempering:.
– Green Chillies, slit and cut- 4-5.
– Curry leaves- 20-25 leaves.

Other Active ingredients:.
– Oil-3-4 tablespoon.

Preparation:.

– Cut the fish fillets into 2 inch long pieces and pat dry. Likewise chop the coriander leaves.
– Marinate with items defined, mix well, include a splash of water for the mix to coat the pieces well. Last but not least include the chopped coriander leaves and mix once again.
– Cut the green chillies and get the curry leaves.

Process:.

– Heat oil in a pan and then include the slit & cut green chillies and the curry leaves.
– Provide a stir for 30-60 secs and after that position the marinated fish pieces side by side.
– Fry on medium heat for around 3 minutes and after that turn them.
– Fry on medium heat for around 3 minutes on the other side.
– Flip and continue to fry on medium to low heat for another 2 minutes on each side till crisp.
