Mint leaves
Green chilli – 2
Ginger
Garlic cloves – 3
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon
Roasted gram – 2 tbl spoon
Curd – 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Green chutney
Tamarind chutney

Boiled potato – 3
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon

Coriander leaves

Besan (gram) flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 2 tbl spoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – ¾ teaspoon
Ajwain (omam) – ¼ teaspoon
Pinch of garam masala
