Yet another re-uploaded video recipe from COVID. The PR team really needs to invest in 2026 (current) videos on this channel. Where are all the Air Fryer recipes from one of his latest books I bought!? Enough said.

Great recipe i grill my eggplant and i salt 1st to sweat out the bitter. Love purple sage. I like Thai basil too as i grow it. When I make Lasagna, I just use the meat sauce. The regatta and mozzarella cheese with the egg in between, I guess in the olden days, people made the Becca meal white sauce, but I just like the red meat sauce, a layer of a bottle of egg and mozzarella cheese, the oregano and then the noodles and so forth. Sometimes , I just put a little bit on one noodle and roll it up and have lasagna rolls , but what the eggplant I can’t do that well , I suppose you can then it would be rototini. I’d like to see you cooking or watching your cooks in the restaurant.Make food to see how busy it is.And the most popular dish in your restaurant
Ok
Thanks for the eggplant tip. My grandma did that as well. All her food was tasty. π

Bring back The Naked Chef.
This is totally unrelated to this video, but, you and Ramsay need to watch Pailins kitchen on youtube, she will teach you about rice, using correct rice with correct cuisine and how to cook properly, i just wish someone would produce an oil video explaining what oil you should and shouldnt use for different cuisines, namely, using olive oil in Asian cooking no no no no when it comes to rice and oil selections, none of you have any idea.
Please stop making food. Its painful watching you cook πππππ
