Crispy & Soft Green Moong Paratha! | Easy Breakfast Recipe By Sanjeev Kapoor

Give your breakfast a nourishing upgrade with this delicious 'Green Moong Parantha', made with the goodness of entire moong.

Green moong is generally identified as healthy however boring, and this recipe is here to alter that totally.
This Green Moong Paratha unites street-style flavour and comfort with a wholesome, protein-rich filling that feels familiar yet interesting.
If you delight in classic parathas but desire a smarter twist without jeopardizing on taste, this one is certainly worth trying.

Active ingredients.

1 1/2 cups boiled whole green gram (sabut moong).
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1 tsp red chilli powder.
Salt to taste.
2 green chillies, chopped.
1 inch ginger, chopped.
3/4 tsp garam masala powder.
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur).
2-3 tablespoons sliced fresh coriander leaves.
Dough made with 1 1/2 cups entire wheat flour (atta).
Whole wheat flour for dusting.
Pickle for serving.
Yogurt for serving.

Approach.

1. Take green gram in a bowl and mash. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, green chillies, ginger, garam masala powder, dried mango powder and coriander leaves and mix well.
2. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll into balls. Make a damage in the centre and things the prepared stuffing in each damage. Gather the edges and seal correctly.
3. Dust some entire wheat flour on the surface and roll out the dough into thick disk.
4. Heat a tawa. Place the ready parantha and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Flip, drizzle some ghee and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
5. Flip again, drizzle some more ghee and cook for a minute more.
6. Serve hot with pickle and yogurt.
