Chilli powder – 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Salt

Pudalangai Poriyal (Ingredients)

Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 1
Dry chilli – 2
Curry leaves
Pudalangai (snake gourd) – 500 grams
1 hour soaked moong dal – 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Grated coconut – 4 tbl spoon
