This is my lovely extremely green spaghetti – a terrific meal that's so basic to make! All you need is spaghetti, garlic, cheese, and some dark greens – I'm using cavolo nero however you can use any kind of cabbage! A terrific reminder that you don't require complexity to create flavour in your dishes. Go on, try!

@EveeAndO I just blend avocado in the nutribullet (or whatever you have) with garlic, parsley and pasta water and then add Parmesan at the end 🙂 xx

It tasted really good! Now I finally have a good use for Cavallo nero – my tip: add a little lemon zest – wonderful
