SPINACH CHILLI GARLIC RICE

Active ingredients

3/4 cup blanched spinach puree
1 tsp red chilli flakes + to sprinkle
2 tbsps sliced garlic
3 cups cooked rice
2 tbsps butter
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Fried garlic to spray

Technique

1. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add sliced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Include red chilli flakes and blend well. Add spinach puree and mix well. Prepare on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
3. Include turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and blend well. Prepare for 1 minute.
4. Add prepared rice and blend well. Prepare on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or till the rice is heated thoroughly.
5. Transfer on a serving plate, sprinkle red chilli flakes and fried garlic and serve hot.
