On Kargil Vijay Diwas, I remember the tremendous honor I felt basing on the spiritual land where numerous brave soldiers battled. I also had the opportunity of cooking a meal for over 400 soldiers and divert naris, and serving a special tiranga kheer, symbolizing our Indian flag, as a little token of appreciation. Being part of their journey and assessing the nerve and sacrifice of our heroes on this considerable day remains a valued memory. Jai Hind….
