FISH SEEKH Components 400 grams fish fillet 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 little onion, finely sliced 3-4 green chillies, finely chopped 2-3 tbsps sliced fresh coriander leaves 1 tablespoon roasted gram flour (besan). 1/2 tablespoon rice flour. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. 1 tsp red chilli powder. 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
