  1. Why does the British version of things always sound fruity, Toasty? Why not just toast.

    1. It’s called this in Australia too. It’s shorthand for toasted sandwich, can’t be toast because it’s a sandwich instead of a singular toasted piece of bread.

  2. Oh I had a ham and cheese toastie last night and I forgot to cook it like this (I grilled it). I will do it next time. I’m not going to bother with the crown though.

  4. The crown looks cool, but im generally not a fan of fried cheese like that, it tastes odd. Plus it can be a pain to clean up
