Wheat flour – 2 cups
Salt
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil

Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Chana dal – 1 teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 4
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Asafoetida
Tomato – 1
Carrot – 1 (small size)
Fresh green peas
Turmeric powder
Salt
Roasted gram(pottukadalai) – 3 tbl spoon
Boiled & mashed potato – 2
Fennel powder – ¼ teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves
