Restaurant Style Mutton Fry|Dhaba Style Mutton Fry|Mutton Fry Dish|Bhuna | |Mutton Dry Fry||Fried Mutton Dish|

Ingredients for Mutton Fry:

– Mutton- 500 gms (with bones or boneless).

Pressure Mutton with:.
– Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp.
– Red Chilli Powder- 2.5 tsp.
– Salt- 1 tsp.
– Ginger Garlic paste- 3 tsp.
– Oil- 2 tbsp.
– Water- 150 ml.

Other Ingredients:.
– Groundnut Oil- 1.5 tbsp.
– Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp.
– Coriander leaves, sliced- 3-4 tablespoon.
– Curry Leaves, sliced- 3 tbsp.
– Green Chillies, sliced- 2.

Preparation:.

– Chop the coriander and curry leaves & slice the green chillies prior to frying the mutton.

Process:.

– Take a pressure cooker and include the boneless mutton pieces.
– Now include the Turmeric and Red Chilli powder, salt, Ginger garlic paste, oil and 150 ml water. Provide a mix. Pressure cook the mutton for 4 whistles till hurts.( To push cook the mutton, cook on high heat till the first whistle and then lower to low heat for another 3 whistles. Turn off heat and enable the cooker to release heat on it's own. Should take a total of 15 minutes).
– After the pressure is released, dry any excess water on high heat for around 3-4 mins.
– Do moist out the whole water, around 1 cup of gravy need to remain, will get dried up while frying.
– To fry the mutton, now take a fry pan and heat the groundnut. Now add the boiled mutton with the gravy, offer a mix and add the Garam Masala.
– Mix and fry the mutton on high heat for around 6-7 mins till the gravy almost dries up.
– Now include the sliced coriander and curry leaves & sliced green chillies.
– Provide a mix and fry 2 minutes on high heat till the mutton is fried and the gravy and the green herbs coat the mutton pieces.
