RAJGIRA CHIKKI
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsps coconut oil
1 cup sliced jaggery
A pinch of senda namak
1 cup puffed rajgira
A pinch of green cardamom powder
1/4 cup slivered mixed nuts
Method
1. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan, include jaggery and senda namak and mix till the jaggery melts.
2. Add puffed rajgira and green cardamom powder and blended nuts and blend till well integrated. Take the pan off the heat.
3. Transfer the mixture into a greased burfi tray and spread it equally. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares and set aside to cool completely.
4. Demould and work as needed or shop in an air tight container.
