Phataphat style mein multigrain cheela banate hain… quick, healthy, aur full of flavour.

Kuch basic aur tasty chahiye? Yeh dish zaroor banaana.

Dish:
Active ingredients
1/2 cup gram flour (besan).
1/2 cup rice flour.
1/2 cup finger millet (ragi) flour.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1/2 tsp cumin powder.
3/4 tsp red chilli powder.
Salt to taste.
1 tablespoon ginger- garlic paste.
Oil for cooking.
Green chutney as needed.
250 grams home cheese (paneer).
Mixed seeds to spray.
Mixed lettuce leaves as required.

Technique.

1. Take gram flour in a bowl. Add rice flour, finger millet flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and 1 1/4 cups water and mix well.
2. Heat a nonstick tawa. Add some oil and spread well.
3. Spread out a ladleful of batter and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
4. Flip and cook once again for 2 minutes. Flip and spread green chutney.
5. Grate home cheese, sprinkle salt and blended seeds in top.
6. Location aa couple of lettuce leaves and fold.
7. Serve hot.
