  7. Poori kilangu masal is, indeed, one of my favorites, comes after Set-dosai. With the silently elevated spice, the potatoes and onions offer a great combination for Poori. I don’t know how to explain the experience of this taste. I think the shorter version of Poori-Masal is Samosa. Thank you again and again. 😊
