MASALA SATTU
Active ingredients
1 1/2 cups sattu
1 medium onion
1 lemon
1 green chilli
6-8 fresh coriander sprigs
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Method
1. Peel and chop onion finely. Halve the lemon.
2. Chop green chilli carefully. Slice coriander finely.
3. Take sattu in a blending bowl. Add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder.
4. Include 1 1/2 cups water and mix well.
5. Add chopped onion, green chilli and capture lemon.
6. Add 2 cups water and mix well.
7. Transfer into individual serving bowls. Sprinkle, chaat masala and coriander on the top and serve.
