I always thought you weren’t supposed to stuff a turkey in advance to avoid the risk of salmonella poisoning
It can be. Or even doing it the day of can be risky. No matter when you stuff, you should check to make sure the temperature got hot enough to kill everything. Don’t just check the turkey, but the stuffing too.

I have never stuffed a turkey at all no way I inject my turkey with a serringe with butter top and bottom and never had a dry turkey you do not need all that crap in it at all fact if you do not believe me try my way and you will always do fact I make stuffing balls put in the oven simple easy tasty moist and I make a special gravy with only three ingredients in jug and the family love my dinner turkey and gravy fact no I cannot tell you my gravy recipe sorry family only
