  3. In place of ox tail witch I grew up on, I also love Beef shanks too. I usually use one or the other. When you made the oxtail stew you should have done dumplings or would it not be great on yorkshire pudding and mash. My grand mother was from Scotland so my Mum taught me alot.

    1. My Mum and Nan taught me, in the 50’s and 60’s. I love oxtail stew and also oxtail hotpot, picking the bones up and sucking the meat off the bones.

  4. Love seeing the butternut squash being used—it’s peak season for it right now! If you roast it with paprika, it gives an amazing taste! I am looking into incorporating more butternut squash in my cooking too 🙂

    1. I never used it also, but always buying those buttersquash ravioli at costco hahaha
