I always use my food processor for slicing and grating , several times a week. Thin slices , the other side grating thin , and I have a second disc that makes thicker slices and thicker grating . Saves so much time . In winter I slice / grate everything that goes in the pot for soup .

You have to eat it the same day, and that’s challot.
