  1. Wash your fork before you shove it back in the turkey, though, if you’re gonna put it on your lip. A chef would NEVER do that in a restaurant.

    1. I mean he is explaining to those who usually cook at their home. You can’t do this in a fine dining restaurant

  6. For the 2025 folk use an instant read thermometer or probe thermometer. Both thermometers are pretty cheap now. As for the gravy he’s done it right but if you used an aluminum pan then I’d remove the trukey or other bird and then pour boiling water into the foil pan. Scrape the pan and then pour off into a pot or pan to finish the gravy in.
