Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Fennel powder – ½ teaspoon
Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Curd – 2 tbl spoon
Water – 6 cups
Salt
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon sticks
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 1
30 mins soaked basmati rice – 250 grams
Saffron water – ¼ cup
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
