Active ingredients for the Chicken Stir Fry with Vegetables:

– Chicken thigh boneless cut into cubes- 400 gms

For Marination:
– Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
– Salt-1/ 2 tsp
– Soy sauce– 1/2 tsp
– Corn flour/starch -3 tablespoon
– Oil- 2 tsp

Veggies:
– Green Beans, cut and cut into 1.5" length-150 gms (2 United States cups )
– Carrots- cut into thick pieces comparable to beans -100 gms
– Red peppers- thin sliced -100 gms

Tempering:
– Spring onion whites-3 tbsp (20 gms).
– Garlic, fine chopped-2 tablespoon (10 gms).

Sauce MIx:.
– Sweet Chilli Sauce-6 tablespoon.
– Sriracha sauce-1.5 -2 tablespoon.
– Honey-1 tbsp.
– Soy sauce-1 tsp.
– Sesame oil -1 tablespoon.
– Water -3 tbsp.

Other components:.
– Oil -2 tablespoon.
– Pepper powder-pinch to 1/4 tsp.
– Salt-pinch to 1/4 tsp.
– Spring onion greens as garnish -3 tbsp.
– White sesame seeds -1 tsp as garnish.

Preparation:.

– Cut the boneless thigh pieces into cubes and set aside.
– Trim and cut the beans into 1.5" pieces. Cut the carrots and red peppers into similar shapes and sizes.
– Marinate the chicken pieces with items defined. Mix and reserved for around 20 minutes.
– Peel and fine chop the garlic. Slice the spring onion whites.
– Slice the spring onion greens to be utilized as garnish.
– For the Stir-fry sauce, add all the sauces, honey, oil in a small bowl. Whisk it well and reserved. Blend it once again before adding to the dish later.

Process:.

– Heat oil in a pan and after that add the chicken pieces. Fry on medium high heat for around 5-6 mins, stirring often to brown equally and prepared through.
– Eliminate from pan and set aside.
– In the very same pan include little more oil if required and include the beans. Mix and stir fry on medium heat for 2 mins, move it on the sides and add the great sliced garlic and spring onion white slices in the middle. Fry for 30 secs and after that mix it well. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
– Now add the carrot and red bell pepper slices and also add around 1/4 tsp each of salt and black pepper powder (crushed pepper). Mix and stir fry for another 4-5 minutes till all the vegetables are cooked but not too soft.
– Now add the fried chicken pieces back in the pan and give a mix.
– Stir fry for a minute and then add the Stir fry sauce.
– Mix and stir fry on medium heat for around 3 mins till combined and prepared.
– Now include the white sesame seeds and spring onion greens for garnish.
– Stir fry for a minute and serve hot.

  1. Green beans, whether they’re long beans, fine beans, runner beans etc, are very underrated. They go so well in both Indian and South-East Asian cuisines, and are very nutritious. 👍
