BADAM ANJEER BURFI

Active ingredients

15-20 Pro V Select California Whole Natural Almonds (badam).
8-10 Pro V Premium Figs (anjeer).
2 tablespoons ghee + for greasing.
2 cups grated mawa/ khoya.
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder.
1/3 cup sugar.

Method.

1. Sliver Pro V Select California Whole Natural Almonds.
2. Take Pro V Premium Figs in a bowl. Include sufficient water and soak for 3-4 hours.
3. Drain pipes the water and contribute to the grinder container. Add 2-3 tablespoons water and grind to fine paste.
4. Heat ghee in a nonstick wok. Add mawa/khoya and cook for 6-8 minutes or till it begins to leave the sides of the pan.
5. Include the fig paste, green cardamom powder and blend well.
6. Add sugar and cook for 5-6 minutes.
7. Reserve some slivered almonds and add remaining almonds and blend well.
8. Grease a burfi tray with some ghee and line with butter paper.
9. Transfer the mixture in the tray and spread equally. Sprinkle staying almonds and set aside to cool entirely.
10. Cut into rectangles and serve.
