Aloo Beans ki Sabzi | झटपट बनाये यह स्वादिष्ट आलू बीन्स की सब्ज़ी | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

When you have time on hand string the French Beans for all your cooking needs. This easy and yummy potato and French Beans sabzi is a great tiffin or meal alternative.

ALOO BEANS KI SABZI

Components

2 medium potatoes (aloo), peeled and cut into batons
200 grams French beans, stringed and cut into 2 inch pieces
2-3 tablespoons oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsps coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur).
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Chapatis for serving.

Approach.

1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Include mustard seeds and once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds and blend well.
2. Add potatoes, cover and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
3. Include French beans and mix well.
4. Include red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, dried mango powder and mix well.
5. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons water, include salt and blend well. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes.
6. Include coriander and mix well.
7. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve hot with chapatis.

    1. @Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana Saw it several times. But it has to be oil free. Then it’ll be perfectly healthy.

      I’ve tried doing that by using a little bit of water when it gets stuck on the pan.

      The taste wasn’t good.

      So, can you please make a video explaining the procedure without oil?
