    1. You wanna marinade something at least 2 hours in advance. With a whole chicken though, I personally would give it at least 12 hours.

  1. Tks Martha , I’m ready to prepare it Happy Thanks giving day !! 🦃 🍁

  2. When i want to make something new i always go to Martha Stewart to see if she’s made it. The best of ingredients, proper procedures, no short cuts, and applied attention to details no matter how small.

    1. @cindyn7512 I am a retired culinary arts instructor and enjoy mastering recipes that I didn’t have time to make properly when I was working. Twenty years ago I was using recipes from Martha’s magazine and without exception the kids always liked and learned much from them.

  3. I misssss Martha – where oh, where is Miss Martha – I watch PBS – but they never put Martha on anymore – she reminds me of my beautiful Mom – who died 8 + years ago. I would cry in my heart – every time I would see beautiful Martha on TV – Martha is elegant and cooks & bakes like no one does – and…my Mom’s cake was probably the only one better than the one Martha would make “simple technique…” love You Miss Martha –

  4. Cooks quicker and is more tender than regular roasted chicken. DELICIOUS!! ❤Tried to spatchcock a Turkey once…..but I wasn’t strong enough!!❤❤

  5. Hello, thank you for sharing, but your marinade what does it consist of…?

  6. Martha never ages because of the juices she makes for herself. I have done some her juices and its so energising. Look up her food dairy and see how she makes the juice and try doing it.❤
