  1. Who knew scrambled eggs – the easiest form of eggs – could be so complex to prepare? Go figure!
    Never had the French style.., I prefer mine as a sort of mix between the British- and American styles… So long as there’s no runnyness or liquidy egg going on.

  2. They look good. Imordered the ultimate veg book you put out and the Together book. I aldo add a little bit of thyme in any scramble eggs

  3. As the French invented eggs about a bazillion years before America was even a place they should win, but I vote for the English scrambled eggs. Just for the comments.

  4. Jamie, you’re ahead of your time. What you were doing over two decades ago, are much more in sync with people of this era.

  5. Apparently, Iβ€˜ve never liked scrambled eggs because it was simply too dry.
