BUTTER GARLIC MUSHROOMS.

Components.

4 tbsps butter.
3 tablespoons chopped garlic.
15-20 button mushrooms, quartered.
15-20 shitake mushrooms, quartered.
25-30 white shitake mushrooms.
25-30 brown shitake mushrooms.
Salt to taste.
3/4 tsp red chilli flakes.
3/4 tsp crushed black peppercorns.
2 tbsps chopped parsley + for garnish.

Method.

1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
2. Include garlic and sauté till golden brown. Include button mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, white and brown shitake mushrooms, salt and toss once. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add red chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns and parsley and toss.
4. Transfer in a serving plate. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
