CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES.

Active ingredients.

2 cups sliced dark chocolate.
1 cup fresh cream.
Cocoa powder as needed.
Desiccated coconut as needed.
Chocolate sprinklers as required.

Approach.

1. Heat a nonstick pan. Include fresh cream and once little bubbles start to appear on surface, add chocolate and blend well.
2. As soon as the chocolate melts, transfer in a bowl and cool for 2 hours.
3. Divide into equivalent portions and roll into balls.
4. Spread cocoa power, desiccated coconut and chocolate sprinklers on individual plates.
5. Roll in cocoa powder/ desiccated coconut/ sprinklers based on your choice.
6. Serve.
