CRANBERRY AND MILLET SALAD.
Components.
1/2 cup ProV Premium Dried Cranberry.
1 1/2 cups prepared foxtail millet.
Dressing.
1 tsp mustard paste.
1 1/2 tsps apple cider vinegar.
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil.
1 tsp honey.
Salt to taste.
Black pepper powder to taste.
Salad.
1 medium carrot, peeled, vertically halved, thinly sliced, blanched, and drained.
1 cup pineapple triangles.
1 little onion, cut into thick slices.
4-5 black olives, very finely sliced.
2-3 green olives, thinly sliced.
8-10 pickled capers.
2 cups mixed lettuce leaves.
Approach.
1. To make the dressing, integrate mustard paste, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper powder in a bowl.
2. Take the foxtail millet in a big broad bowl, include the carrot, pineapple, ProV Premium Dried Cranberry, onion, black olives, green olives, pickled capers, and drizzle 3/4 of the prepared dressing over it and gently mix till well combined.
3. Take lettuce leaves in a large serving bowl, sprinkle the staying dressing and gently toss till well integrated. Add the salad over this and serve right away.

We have to take cooked foxtail millet or soaked
Must be cooked, all millets first to be soaked in water for about 4-6 hours and then cook with 1 millet to 2 water ratio in cooker.
